Compared with lower-quality hair on the market, our hair is carefully selected and processed with advanced techniques to maintain softness, natural texture, shine, and durability.

We offer two quality grades:

Virgin Hair: Soft, natural, and easy to style. Lifespan: 1–3+ years with proper care.
Raw Hair: Cuticle-aligned, more durable, and ideal for customers looking for the highest quality. Lifespan: 3–5+ years with proper care.

2. Will the Hair Shed or Tangle?

Our hair goes through strict quality control before shipping.

Minimal shedding is normal for human hair products. With proper maintenance, the hair stays soft, smooth, and easy to manage.

If you experience any unexpected quality issues, please contact us. We stand behind our products and will provide a replacement or refund solution.

3. Can I Dye, Bleach, or Heat Style the Hair?

Yes. Our 100% human hair can be dyed, bleached, straightened, curled, and restyled.

  • Virgin Hair: Bleachable up to #27
  • Raw Hair: Bleachable up to #613/#60

Proper care is recommended after chemical processing or heat styling.

4. How Long Do Your Wigs Last?

With proper care:

  • Virgin Hair Wigs: 1–3+ years
  • Raw Hair Wigs: 3–5+ years

Regular washing, conditioning, and proper storage help extend the lifespan.

5. What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, with original lace, tags, and packaging intact.
